At DeusVault, all artworks are produced individually and made to order. Because of the custom nature of our products, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or exchanges except in cases where an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a production error, we will make it right.

Please contact us at support@deusvault.shop within 7 days of delivery and include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photographs showing the damage, defect, or error.

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost. If a replacement is not possible, a refund will be issued.

Non-Returnable Items

Because all works are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons including, but not limited to, change of mind or buyer’s remorse, ordering an incorrect size, format, or orientation, or minor color variation due to differences in screen displays.

We encourage customers to review all product details carefully before completing their purchase.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of placement. After this window, production begins automatically and orders can no longer be modified or canceled.

Quality Assurance

Each piece is produced to exacting standards and inspected prior to shipment. This policy is designed to ensure fairness while maintaining the integrity of made-to-order production.
