At DeusVault, each artwork is produced individually and made to order. This allows us to maintain quality and precision, but it also means shipping timelines differ from mass-produced items.
Order Processing
All orders are made to order and enter production shortly after being placed. Because of this, orders cannot be modified or canceled once production begins.
Processing times vary by product and are reflected in the estimated delivery timeframe shown at checkout.
Shipping Rates
We currently offer Free U.S. Shipping on eligible products. Shipping costs are built into the product price unless otherwise stated.
International shipping availability and pricing may vary by product and destination.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and include both production and transit time. Actual delivery may vary due to production schedules, carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs processing for international orders.
Shipping Carriers
Orders are shipped using trusted third-party carriers selected by our fulfillment partners. Carrier selection and routing are determined automatically to ensure safe and reliable delivery.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after shipment.
International Orders
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@deusvault.shop within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos so we can assist you promptly.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. DeusVault is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
